If this doesn't make the hairs on your neck stand up, nothing will

Just over two weeks to go until the start of the season and Arsenal and Nike have today officially launched the new away kit.

It's almost two decaded since we went to Anfield and won our first title in 18 years against the odds.

So it's fitting that the new kit pays homage to that we wore in 1989.

As Alan Smith so eloquently puts it: "We sat down in the dressing room afterwards and said that whatever happens in our career from now on, nothing is going to surpass this - how could it?"

Check out this link for interviews and clips from that memorable day. Enjoy.

The red kit is a disgrace it could have been ok if the sleves were white (like the away kit) but the sleves are red!

I like the way arsenal pay tribute to all the good things that have happened to the club like when we left highbury they made that purple kit which is one of my favourites.

I like the new away kit and i think it's very good that they decided to use that one as it may inspire the team to actually win something this year.I like the home kit aswell because it looks kind of futuristic and more modern. maybe they could liven it up a bit since it's still the same type of design. (red and white sleeves) but the white stripe down the sleees make it look really cool and different to the normal red entre and plain white sleeves.

I've been very patient whith arsenal for the past couple of seasons and i hope we finally win somehing to shut everyone up easpecially hose man utd glory hunter fans....

I was at a park with my kid quite some time ago.(when arsenal looked to win the title) and i saw a man he was at the park with an arsenal shirt. Then as time went by and arsenal didn't look so promising and man utd were surely going to win the title i saw the same man walking down holloway road in a man utd shirt and i walked up to him and i said "didn't you have an ARSENAL top on the other day?" he said "No, i've always supported man u. since i was little in fact." he was an old man and i felt like saying "when you was little i don't think man utd were founded yet."

Ok kind of a randomm story but i got nothing else to do.

Can't ait until tommorow ARSENAL vs JUVENTUS (i think) EMIRATES CUP AND ARSENAL ARE GOING TO WIN IT.... AGAIN.

by the way does anyone have a season ticket here and how much did you pay for it?
